Advertising Recruitment

We offer a fully comprehensive support service for schools who wish to recruit staff to their School/ Children's Centre consisting of-

  • Advice on the text and content of your advertisement, along with suitable Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.
  • Leadership roles- Advice on the Leadership Pay Scale and School Group size.
  • Advice and guidance on the best media publication and website for your vacancy
  • Placing the advert on the Schools behalf in the preferred media publication and in the recruitment section of our website
  • We will provide you with the application forms submitted via our website on the closing date for you to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Once you have advised us of the shortlisted candidates we will notify the unsuccessful applicants and inform the successful candidates of the interview date and the procedure for the interview.
  • A conditional offer letter will be sent to the successful interviewee and references requested in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
