Payroll & Contracts Management

We provide a unique interface between the schools we support and our payroll partner, Dataplan. We advise on both teaching and non-teaching pay and conditions and on the Local Government Pension Scheme and the Teachers Pension Scheme. We can produce your contracts for you ensuring they comply with the relevant legislation or can provide you up-to-date templates to cover all aspects of the employment contract and associated documentation.

Our payroll partner Dataplan is industry recognised for delivering excellent and innovative payroll services. The service allows you to view and approve payroll information via a secure website. A comprehensive suite of reports is standard and there is flexibility to provide bespoke reporting for more specific needs.

Recruitment Services

We provide a managed advertising and recruitment service to ensure best value for money. Utilising signposting and select media we have reduced our schools advertising costs by in excess of 50% over the last 2 years. Further development of our recruitment portal will include a talent pool where we can notify dormant candidates of new opportunities. This will improve the response to the jobs you post. The managed service means that we take care of the correspondence. You just tell us who you want to interview and when.

Health & Wellbeing Service

Occupational Health Services that cater for a wide range of occupations are essentially generic. Thats why the Schools HR Co-operative consulted with its schools on providing a dedicated school-centric service which would understand the needs of both the employee and the school in supporting staff back to work. Our service launched in April 2012 with consulting rooms in at least one of the schools we support ensuring that the service is not only school focused but also local.
