Advertising Management
We provide a fully managed advertising and recruitment service suitable for any teaching, support, and leadership post in your school. We will support you with your advertising campaign, including placement of adverts, and managing relevant correspondence post-advertising.

We offer informed and evidence-based advice on recruitment campaigns and strategies which improve your post’s exposure, and result in an improved applicant response.

Our support with recruitment advertising and management includes:

  • Advertising the post on our dedicated school jobs website
  • Advising on copy and content of advertisements
  • Arranging external advertising with a variety of media publications and negotiating, where available, preferential rates
  • Providing an easy to use application management system that offers online candidate shortlisting
  • Providing administrative support including outcome notifications to candidates, appointment offers, and reference requests.

Leadership Recruitment

Our customised package offers Headteachers and Governing Bodies expert advice and support with leadership posts including:

  • Campaign management and consultancy
  • Development of the attraction campaign
  • Pre-selection screening including psychometric assessment 
  • Selection and assessment process development.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

Our service manages the application process for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) [formerly CRB] checks. DBS applications are processed using an online E-Bulk system, making the application process faster and easier.

The service also provides advice and guidance to ensure your Single Central Record (SCR) is compliant and up to date in accordance with regulations. This includes advice on the relevant information to be recorded in addition to the Children’s Barred List and DBS checks.

Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) Recruitment

Our service offers schools access to a pool of assessed NQT candidates under our Crinkle Recruitment brand, and through our dedicated talent pool portal. We take a unique approach to recruiting NQTs, and offer highly competitive fees. We offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for NQT recruitment campaign & pool management from October each year. Non-subscriber access is opened later in the academic year.
